Zhigu Cultural Industrial Park is invested in, constructed, and operated by Wuhan Wenlv Group Zhigu Technology Company. It is located in the core area of the headquarters base of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone Business City. It is also the fourth national-level digital publishing base in China, the first in Central China, and the only one in Hubei Province.
The park adheres to the development goal of a "comprehensive service platform for the digital culture industry," focusing on digital publishing as its characteristic main business. It concentrates on the integrated development of cultural technology and industrial design, striving to build a "national first-class, provincial benchmark" cultural industrial park.
The project covers a total area of about 246.67 acres, with a planned total construction area of about 500,000 square meters, and a total investment of about 3.64 billion yuan. It includes diverse formats such as corporate headquarters, business R&D, talent apartments, conference exhibitions, business hotels, and new cultural and creative commercial streets. The first and second phases have been fully operational, forming a distinctive cultural industrial park integrating "production, life, and ecology" with a total scale of 500,000 square meters.
Currently, the park has gathered a total of 309 digital publishing and cultural technology enterprises and institutions. In 2023, the park's output value exceeded 13 billion yuan, tax revenue exceeded 300 million yuan, and it provided nearly 7,000 jobs. In recent years, the park has successively won honors such as the National Copyright Demonstration Park (Base), Hubei Province's First Batch of Modern Service Industry and Advanced Manufacturing Deep Integration Pilot Park, Hubei Province Cultural Industry Demonstration Park, Hubei Province's Fifth Batch of Modern Service Industry Agglomeration Area, Wuhan's First Batch of Characteristic Cultural Industrial Parks, Wuhan's First Batch of Productive Service Industry Innovation and Development Demonstration Zone, Wuhan Science and Culture Integration Demonstration Park, Wuhan Design Capital Demonstration Park, Wuhan Municipal Demonstration Innovation Park, and other honors.
